Our advanced in-line evaporator system is designed to meet your specific requirements, producing 3 to 4 perfectly brazed coils per minute. With heights ranging from 12 to 52 inches plate-to-plate, this capability allows for the manufacture of 180 to 240 coils per hour, equating to 1,440 to 1,920 coils during a standard eight-hour workday.

Precision Engineered Solutions
Our in-line evaporator system for aluminum brazing consistently delivers precisely engineered coils tailored to your design specifications. The brazing process includes the following steps:
Coil Size Selection:
The system operator selects the size of the evaporators to be brazed, ensuring that each coil remains perfectly centered in the burner’s flame.
Mass Flow Control:
Mass flow controllers meticulously mix air and gas in precise ratios, measured at the molecular level, and deliver them to each burner zone.
Temperature Monitoring:
The system continuously monitors the interior temperature of the brazing chamber. An adjustable exhaust damper, controlled through a motor and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), regulates hot air flow, maintaining the temperature within a few degrees.
Cooling Process:
After brazing, the evaporator coil is cooled to approximately room temperature before being safely loaded into a thermal degreaser.
